How to Prepare Your Dog for a Visit
To make sure your furry friend feels their best and everything runs smoothly, here are a few kind recommendations:
- Your dog should be social and friendly – both with people and other pets. If your dog is anxious or reactive, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
- Take your dog for a walk before the visit – a well-exercised dog is calmer and more relaxed.
If your female dog is in heat, we're happy to welcome her. Just let us know in advance when booking, so we can adjust the schedule to ensure comfort for all our furry visitors
- Health condition matters – if your dog has sensitive skin, allergies, or is undergoing treatment, please let us know. We'll tailor the care to their needs.
- After vaccinations or surgery, it's best to wait a few days – spa treatments can wait, health comes first.
- Arrive a bit early – ideally 5 minutes before your appointment, so we can greet you calmly and let your dog adjust to the space.
